Becoming a parent deeply changed the way I understood emotional overwhelm, connection, vulnerability and relationships.

Much of my work focuses on parents and parenting relationships, but I also support adults who want to better understand themselves, their emotional patterns and the way they relate to others.

Over the years, I found myself drawn less to fixing behaviour and more to understanding what lives underneath it, in children, parents and in ourselves.

I became increasingly interested not only in parenting itself, but in the deeper emotional and relational experiences that shape the way people connect with themselves and others.

A little about me and the work I do

I do not believe people need more shame, perfection or pressure in order to grow.

Often, what helps most is having a space where they can slow down, feel supported and begin understanding themselves with more curiosity and compassion.

Some of the things people often bring into sessions and I often relate to all..

“I know what to do in theory, but in the moment I lose myself.”

“I feel exhausted from trying to get everything right.”

“I keep repeating the same patterns in relationships.”

“I don’t want to pass my pain onto my child.”

“Part of me wants closeness and another part pulls away.”

“I love my child deeply, but I don’t like who I become when I’m overwhelmed.”

“I feel like I’m constantly trying to get it right.”

“I feel pressure to always stay calm.”

“I think I need support, not more perfection.”

Training & background

I am a Certified Parent Coach® through the Parent Coaching Institute (PCI) and have been supporting parents for over 10 years.

I am also a certified Compassionate Inquiry® Practitioner (Dr. Gabor Maté) and a Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner (SEP)(Dr. Peter Levine).

My work integrates attachment-focused parenting support, nervous system awareness, relational approaches and emotional development.

I have additionally trained in Positive Discipline, Attachment Parenting and Parent Effectiveness Training, and my approach is also influenced by Internal Family Systems (IFS).

Over the years, I have continued studying child emotional development, attachment, nervous system regulation and relational dynamics in both children and adults.

While much of my work focuses on parenting and family relationships, I also support adults who want to better understand themselves, their emotional patterns and the way they relate to others.

I know reaching out for support can sometimes feel vulnerable.

You do not need to have everything figured out before beginning.
