Parent Support Groups & Workshops
A space for connection, reflection, learning and support, where parents can slow down, feel understood, accepted, learn and grow together.
Why group spaces matter to me
Some of my earliest work with parents happened in support groups.
I still remember the feeling of parents realising they were not alone in their struggles.
Over the years, I’ve seen how deeply healing and empowering it can be when parents gather in spaces built on emotional safety, curiosity, honesty and compassion.
Many parents who joined groups years ago are still close friends today.
What you may find in these spaces
Emotional Support
Practical Parenting Discussions
Compassionate Listening
Nervous system awareness
Learning through shared experiences
Role plays & communication tools
Reflective Exercises
Less shame. More connection
These groups are not about perfect parenting or receiving quick advice.
They are spaces for reflection, connection, support and gradual change.
Current & Past Groups
Over the years, I have facilitated online and in-person workshops and parent groups around topics such as:
emotional regulation
shame and guilt in parenting
connection with teens
listening without fixing
parenting through overwhelm
boundaries and emotional safety
understanding children beyond behaviour
My current online groups have become a deeply supportive space where parents share openly, reflect together and gradually build more compassionate relationships with themselves and their children.
These spaces may feel supportive if…
you often feel overwhelmed or alone in parenting
you want support without judgment or shame
you are looking for deeper understanding, not only techniques
you want both reflection and practical tools
you value emotional safety and respectful communication
you come from a diverse family structure, background or parenting experience and want spaces that welcome complexity and difference
